Natalia Webb — Certified Counselor, Auckland, New Zealand
I support adults, teenagers, couples, and families in working through anxiety, emotional challenges, life crises, loss, and psychosomatic symptoms, as well as building stable and meaningful relationships
About Natalia’s Work
In New Zealand, I work as a certified counselor, drawing on 13 years of experience as a clinical psychologist in Russia.
My approach is integrative, combining cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), elements of psychoanalytic therapy, NLP, art therapy, body-oriented techniques, and emotionally-focused methods.
Outside of work, I actively spend time with my family and keep fit: I run 4 km every morning, swim in the ocean year-round, and sailing. These activities help me maintain clarity, inner balance, and awareness of body and emotions — qualities I bring into my work with clients.

We reached out to Natalia after relocating to a new country. For our daughter (who was 9 at the time), it turned out to be quite a stressful period. She became anxious, worried whenever things didn’t go according to plan, and developed repetitive behaviors — she would often pick at her fingers.
show moreNatalia was able to build a connection with her very quickly and gently. At first, the sessions took place at Natalia’s home: they worked with clay, talked, and got to know each other. This made it easy for our daughter to open up and feel calm and safe. Over time, we even transitioned to online sessions — and this did not affect the quality of their connection at all, as a strong bond had already been established.
Our daughter always looks forward to these sessions and enjoys talking with Natalia. We can already see positive changes: the repetitive behaviors have significantly decreased, and she has learned to express her emotions and talk about how she feels.
We are still in the process, but it means a lot to us that our child has a specialist with whom she feels comfortable, safe, and genuinely engaged. Thank you, Natalia, for your sensitivity, support, and ability to connect with children.

We turned to Natalia during a very challenging period in our lives. We are a family with two young children — at the time we started working together, our youngest was just 2 months old, and our eldest was 5 years old. At the same time, we were going through a relocation to New Zealand: the father moved first, and we were supposed to join him later.
show moreThe situation was extremely stressful. I experienced depression and felt emotionally exhausted and lost. Our older son struggled with the separation from his father — he became withdrawn and sad, which was even noticed at his daycare. On top of that, there was anxiety about our relationship due to the distance and major life changes.
We started working with Natalia online, initially as a couple. From the very first sessions, we felt truly heard and understood. Natalia approached us with great care and precision, helping us see clearly what we were going through and, most importantly, providing a sense of stability and support.
Gradually, things began to improve: we developed a better understanding of each other, the tension decreased, and I started to come out of my difficult emotional state. We learned new ways to communicate at a distance, maintain connection, and preserve closeness despite the challenging circumstances.
I would especially like to highlight how gently Natalia works with emotional states — without pressure, yet with great depth and professionalism.
We are truly grateful for this support. At a time when everything felt like it was falling apart, we found a point of stability. And that has made a real difference in our family.
